The HoneyBaked Ham Company needed a strategy to get more involved in their neighborhoods through local store marketing. A tool kit was developed to provide a creative and inexpensive way for the local stores and franchisees to achieve their goals.
A local store marketing plan was developed and training was conducted. A structured marketing team was put in place to support the plan. A new mascot was developed — Hambee. Part Ham. Part Bee. Pure Love. He gets a lot of buzz where ever he goes. No pun.
